Requirements
  • A high school degree is required.
  • One to two years of experience in a service or related industry is preferred, including three months in a parking setting.
  • Ability to work weekends is required.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Valid driver's license, maintained throughout employment.
  • Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships in a team setting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately process exception transactions, including lost-ticket and grace-period transactions, according to company policy and complete applicable forms.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite, point-of-sale systems, and parking management software to track transactions, produce reports, and monitor site performance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of automated parking equipment, software integrations, and access control systems.
  • Assist with troubleshooting equipment and system errors and coordinate with technical support when necessary.
  • Deliver customer interactions that include issue resolution, account support, and adherence to brand service standards.
  • Oversee the contract parker program, including customer onboarding, billing accuracy, collections, and corporate account communications.
  • Respond to escalated concerns, document resolution outcomes, and resolve customer issues escalated by frontline associates.
  • Maintain required uniform appearance, provide the company greeting, answer customer questions, resolve issues, and thank customers upon exit.
  • Ensure sites are properly maintained and safety procedures are observed.
  • Determine maintenance or repair needs and forward them to the Property Manager.
  • Complete daily facility activity reports and accident reports.
  • Report to work on time and notify management of situations requiring attention.
  • Direct day-to-day activities associated with opening, managing, and closing the facility.
  • Ensure customers are properly registered and accounts receivable is billed and collected timely; respond to corporate account requests and concerns.
  • Ensure facility operations comply with company policy, including revenue control, equipment maintenance, accurate signage, and internal audit standards.
  • Ensure facility safety and security for guests and employees by reviewing maintenance checklists and conducting periodic safety audits as directed by the Safety Manual.
  • Document incident forms and conduct incident investigations as directed by the Property Manager or Corporate Office.
  • Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to maintenance checklists.
  • Fill in for frontline associates during absences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
