  • 5+yrs of experience in overseeing partner programs
  • Can demonstrate strong tracking, analyzing, and reporting skills on partner performance metrics
  • Experience providing ongoing training, enablement, and communication to partners
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • SFDC, Impartner, Clari or equivalent systems experience
  • Proven sales experience in technology software or information security
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through channel partners.
  • Experience in a start-up technology company preferred

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the partner program, ensuring seamless partner onboarding, engagement, and support.
  • Continuously assess and refine the program structure, benefits, and incentives to maximize partner performance and satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner goals with company objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop content, tools, and resources to enhance the partner journey and improve program effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing training, enablement, and communication to partners to ensure they are equipped for success.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners to drive collaboration and mutual success.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the outsourced sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring they are aligned with the company's GTM strategy and goals.
  • Track and analyze team performance against key KPIs, ensuring the outsourced team meets sales targets and other key business objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align the Latin America GTM strategy with broader company goals, adapting tactics to meet the unique needs of the region.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration, efficient processes, and effective communication.
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within the outsourced operations to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the GTM team is fully equipped with the necessary training, tools, and resources to succeed in the market.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution.
