Manager HCM Compliance

Role Purpose

Responsible for collaborating with business partners to assist a delivery team to produce technical solutions to address complex business needs.  This role will lead a team of business analysts on multiple projects to gather business requirements, perform system and process analysis, design, support testing and prototyping for a variety of project sizes.  The Manager Business Analysis will work closely with the Project Managers to ensure Business Analysts deliverables are met on their assigned projects.

Key Accountabilities

Oversee the business analysts participation in business process reviews and provide guidance to business analysts on recommendations to ensure processes, systems and documentation meet changing business conditions and/or requirements.

Identify and analyze gaps between current processes and desired state and document processing requirements.

Perform management and analysis of processes and software capabilities including system process analysis, design and prototyping, as well as develop alternative design solutions, advise on options, risks, costs and impact on other business processes and/or systems. 

Provide guidance on recommended test scripts and scenarios working with business analyst and testing team. Validate testing scripts and testing results created by testing team. Assist in resolving testing incidents and document all results

Key Skills & Experiences

Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. 

Experience 

• Typically, a minimum of 10+ years of progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes related to the position.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrated management of business analysts to a project and delivery of milestones to planned schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the capacity planning for resources and allocate resources to meet demand.
• Demonstrated knowledge of assigned applications and demonstrated understanding of the organizations business systems and processes
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical problems and solutions in relation to current as well as future business environments.
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse large and extra-large sized, complex business problems
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for providing and explaining technical information to clients, vendors, senior management, and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as escalation point to assist in resolving issues within project teams.
