• Recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

• Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems.

• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.

• Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational changefor the future.

• Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.

• Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications.

• Primary focus change management and user adoption.

• International project and will require flexible hours.looking for a strong business analysts to join our PeopleSoft Corporate HR International Data Project.

• Having just completed a very successful upgrade to version 9.2 we are on the leading edge and we are looking for smart, talented and creative analysts to help us extend our robust HR functionality to our non-US team member populations.

• You will have the opportunity to not only help in the design and implementation of our global HR processes, but to learn critical information about PeopleSoft and its inner workings from the standpoint of one of the world’s largest financial institutions, supporting a team member population of 270,000+.

• The International HR Process and Data group is responsible for defining the vision and strategy for building an effective model for capturing HR data for international Team Members .

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience gathering and creating detailed business requirements for complex projects

• International change management experience High Proficiency in PowerPoint (must have) An understanding of HR processes and data – PeopleSoft HCM familiarity strongly preferred

• Proven ability to work with business and IT partners to collaboratively design solutions that meet business needs Strong meeting facilitation skills

• experience leading large group meetings with attendees both local and remote

• Ability to work with limited direction and supervision, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand, assess, and work through complicated business scenarios or processes

• outstanding problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data and information effectively to all project stakeholders

• An understanding of global HR practices and at a minimum an appreciation of the different HR practices in our various locations Experience collaborating with international resources and the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate meetings in different time zones

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships in a virtual collaborative environment.

• Organized and with excellent follow up skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Minimum of 5 years of PeopleSoft functional design experience

• In depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

• Experience in the areas of Core HR, manager self-service and employee self-service

• Experience working in PeopleSoft version 9.2 is a significant plus

• Demonstrated ability to work with team members at all levels and across functional and geographic lines

• Self-motivated individual who is comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and presenting well thought out options and solutions to complex issues
