Requirements
  • Current junior (rising senior) undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution
  • Must be actively enrolled for consideration of internship
  • Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, real estate, economics, mathematics, or related field
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate asset management and investment (no formal experience required)
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage time efficiently
Responsibilities
  • Prepare wire packages related to debt service and special handling invoices
  • Research and process checks via remote deposit
  • Work closely with Accounting, AP and AP on daily requests related to bank account setups and transaction activity
  • Assist with compiling account and tenant documentation related to new acquisitions, dispositions & financings
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports to the appropriate audience
  • Help analyze data and reports for treasury related tasks and projects
  • Participate in Ad-hoc projects as needed
