Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the instructional design team to analyze learning needs and develop learning objectives.
  • Assist in designing and developing instructional materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and assessments.
  • Conduct research on educational best practices, learning theories, and instructional technologies to inform design decisions.
  • Review and provide feedback on existing instructional materials to ensure alignment with learning objectives and quality standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving learning experiences.
  • Support the implementation and evaluation of instructional materials, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders.
  • Utilize tools such as PowerPoint, Camtasia and Articulate to create training programs.
