Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Manager to drive our Analytics that will power our next generation suite of in-house tools for our Planning and Operations teams. As an integral part of the Fulfillment Planning Technology team, the Technical Manager will individually contribute as well as lead a team of Data Analysts across a complex data landscape to extract, refine and derive powerful insights that steer the course of our core technology products. The Technical Manager will lead by example to identify areas of opportunity as well as measure the impact of our products while conducting ad-hoc Analytics projects for our stakeholders. The Technical Manager will be expected to support the team maintain and perform root cause analysis of our tools in production while gaining a deep understanding of the business.

You will …

Lead, manage, and develop a team of Data Analysts to perform deep-dive analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes

Collaborate with the team’s Product Owner and Data Engineer to provide data-driven insights, impact analysis and metrics that help to drive the product direction

Work with the team’s Data Engineer to troubleshoot and optimize data assets and pipelines

Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and identify areas of opportunity across core products

Work with team members to challenge, validate, and ensure data integrity

Develop dashboards and visualizations to present insights

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related technical field4+ years of data science, analysis or engineering experience preferably in Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, or other related field working with physical goods2+ years of management experience

Strong proficiency in SQL (required) and Google Sheets Experience with cloud technologies and databases

Experience with data modeling, data manipulation and analysis

Experience working in an Agile environment a plus
