Job Summary
Coordinates incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products and parts that include functions such as warehousing, shop, and delivery services to ensure material availability and delivery when needed to meet production schedules●Compiles data on order volume, production schedules and forecasts, and applies statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety rules/regulations are adhered to during the shift.
- Responsible forexecutingestablishedmaterial handlingprocessesto ensure material are received and located properly and in a timely manner.
- Transportation requires attention to detail in contracts and transportation requirements, such as pricing discounts or fees.
- Responsible forverifyingthe qualityof the product that is receivedwithin the shift, operatingwithinthe company’s quality systems, processes and procedures.
- Monitor, measure and report onreceivingrelated process performance,andgeneral issues.
- Ensuregood communication is givenbothverballyand/or writtenback to leadership when necessary.
- Workclosely withSupervisorsand Production Schedulersto ensureshippingmethodsareeffectiveandcommunications toolsare timely/effective.
- Maintainan active role in thecompany’scontinuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company.
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
- Maintains an attitude which consistently represents the organizational culture, including: the mission, vision and core attributes.
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned by manager.
- Supports “Lean Business Enterprise” initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste elimination.

Job Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be proficient inMicrosoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.The ability to effectively navigate an ERP system is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years workingexperiencein a safety sensitive industrialor manufacturingsetting.
- Experience with shop drawings and unit assembly.
- Experience with Action Tracker or similar program preferred.
