Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the technology or data center industry.
  • Strong knowledge of servers, switching equipment, and data center hardware.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, achieve internal alignment and implement procurement strategies for data center hardware and commodities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of servers, switches, and other data center hardware.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders to enable Cerebras ramp plan.
  • Drive supplier performance improvement via formal scorecard and QBRs.
  • Program manage supply partners to achieve delivery and quality performance success
