Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a holistic GTM strategy across owned, earned and paid channels in line with the wider business strategy
  • Closely partner with product management and design, trading, brand, digital experience, RCC, retail, and regional marketing teams to successfully launch campaigns for product and activations globally
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure Rapha customers and prospects enjoy a consistent and delightful user experience at every stage of their journey and across all touch points
  • Deliver key annual business KPI's across web traffic, brand awareness and customers (new/ existing/ reactivated)
  • Drive the performance, development and progression of the Global Marketing team to help them achieve their goals in line with the wider business
  • Budget planning and control of the central Marketing budget in line with finance approved plan, realising planned monthly and quarterly phasing
