The Rapha Global Marketing team is responsible for the planning, strategy and execution of all Global Marketing and communications activity from the products we launch, to the stories we tell and communities we build. Our remit covers global communications, assisting the local teams, the Rapha Cycling Club, Clubhouses and anything in between.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract for Maternity Cover, as the Head of Global Marketing. Currently reporting directly into the Joint Managing Director and eventually into the Product and Marketing Director, you will be required to lead a team across all owned and earned and paid Marketing disciplines. Setting the 2 year Rapha marketing strategy in line with wider business objectives and leading the global marketing team to deliver the 12 month cross channel communications plan.
The Role
- Plan and deliver a holistic GTM strategy across owned, earned and paid channels in line with the wider business strategy.
- Closely partner with product management and design, trading, brand, digital experience, RCC, retail, and regional marketing teams to successfully launch campaigns for product and activations globally.
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure Rapha customers and prospects enjoy a consistent and delightful user experience at every stage of their journey and across all touch points.
- Deliver key annual business KPI’s across web traffic, brand awareness and customers (new/ existing/ reactivated)
- Drive the performance, development and progression of the Global Marketing team to help them achieve their goals in line with the wider business.
- Budget planning and control of the central Marketing budget in line with finance approved plan, realising planned monthly and quarterly phasing.
