Overview:
As LivePerson’s Sr. Manager of Field Marketing, you will be responsible for generating and progressing pipeline within the ANZ and SEA regions by way of events, integrated campaigns, thoughtfully cadenced activities, and more. You will be a key player on a truly global team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Revenue Marketing located in the NYC area. The Revenue Marketing team is committed to staying connected with the person in this role, regardless of timezone differences.
In this role, you will be expected to partner with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Product to develop and nurture activity streams that align with LivePerson’s global roadmap, business priorities, and brand vision. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a nimble, high-impact team, helping to drive the adoption of AI-powered brand-to-consumer conversations at Fortune 500 companies.
You will:
- Be responsible for planning, attending, and overseeing all in-person activities, from private LivePerson events to major trade shows like CCW, MWC, etc., all while keeping ROI in mind.
- Repackage and/or replicate global strategies & tactics for demand gen within region.
- Partner closely with LivePerson’s ANZ and SEA sales organization, accelerating critical opportunities to meet bookings goals.
- Build authentic relationships with brand champions to help LivePerson’s CMA leader develop a deep bench of customer advocates.
- Travel to regional locations up to 2x per quarter, and international locations up to 2x per year.
You have:
- Deep knowledge of the ANZ and SEA regions.
- 5+ years of related experience in field marketing, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or another related field.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience working with executives — both internal and external.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing a 6-figure budget, as well as working with legal, security, and finance teams to acquire new vendors.
- Experience planning events — virtual and in-person — from soup to nuts.
- The ability to be very decisive during moments of ambiguity.
- No ego whatsoever with a “team first” mentality
