Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask + prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment
- Provide adequate levels of support to internal stakeholders
- Must be detail-oriented and take direction well
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities, not hours. The Operations Associate must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed
- Required to have a valid California driver's license with acceptable driving history
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Vehicle must be up to date on smog checks, be registered under the driver/operator, and be named on the insurance while having a functioning OBD port for the GPS trackers and covered/locking trunk
- Must have an iPhone or Android smartphone
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Selected candidate will be required to complete a post-offer, pre-employment background check with the local law enforcement, as applicable
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to do some lifting, squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly without assistance
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule
Responsibilities

- Adhere to all traffic laws and health + safety protocols when making deliveries to ensure the safety of oneself, our guests, and the community
- Remain educated and informed about all products and up to date on promotions or sales
- Ability to work in both a team environment and as an individual contributor
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changes in both priorities and the work environment
- Willingness to support retail operations as needed
- Ability to assist with other aspects of the business including marketing, promotion, inventory, and other areas as needed
- Organize sellable product in processing room and secured room per TPCO P + P and while following all METRC guidelines
- Package product in boxes to ensure they are ready for movement within the premises or for distribution
- Perform cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations
- Flag inventory discrepancies of under/over amounts and/or QC discrepancies to the Operations Supervisor
- Pick and stage inventory for all outgoing orders and assist in the put-away process for finished goods
- Assist in the implementation of procedures to prevent errors
- Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
- Maintain professionalism in appearance, attitude, and communication
- Other duties and responsibilities as outlined + assigned by management
