About the Opportunity
Take advantage of an opportunity to join an IT team of a fast growing company where you’ll be learning and working on the latest industry tools. You’ll be joining a nimble team where your voice will not only be heard but also relied upon.
You’ll be exposed to Mac administration, Enterprise Google Workplace Administration, Zoom Administration, Jira/Confluence Administration and much much more. You’ll be tasked with day to day operations as well as participating in either team based projects or individual projects.
This role is required to work out of our Boston office.
The Salsify IT team have had many co-ops throughout the years and they each have had extremely positive experiences walking away with skills for their future careers.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Gain experience with administering users and accounts at scale
- Aid in hardware and software installations, maintenance, and network troubleshooting
- Assist in fulfilling incoming service requests and staff requests
- Work with IT members and members throughout the organization on various levels
- Be able to brainstorm, create and iterate on various projects
- Enjoy the autonomy to pursue areas of interest and expand on desired skill sets - this is something we highly encourage!
You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- Comfortable interfacing with end users; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of reliability to complete assigned tasks
- Well organized to handle multiple tasks, requests and responsibilities
- Must be proficient in managing Macs as we are a 100% Apple shop
- You have the ability to work out of our Boston office
