  • Must be proficient in managing Macs as we are a 100% Apple shop
  • You have the ability to work out of our Boston office
Responsibilities
  • Gain experience with administering users and accounts at scale
  • Aid in hardware and software installations, maintenance, and network troubleshooting
  • Assist in fulfilling incoming service requests and staff requests
  • Work with IT members and members throughout the organization on various levels
  • Be able to brainstorm, create and iterate on various projects
  • Enjoy the autonomy to pursue areas of interest and expand on desired skill sets - this is something we highly encourage!
