Responsibilities
  • Implement Client First Principles across your portfolio of accounts within our Corporate practice, ensuring high quality customer service is provided.
  • End-to-end management for a portfolio of clients, working as a team with other brokers across Tasmania and supporting junior colleagues where needed.
  • Consistently achieve agreed service standards.
  • Foster effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitor changes to preserve these relationships.
  • Take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met.
  • Implement successful account retention and defence strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of large and complicated claim-related matters, assisting claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of major classes of General insurance and stay updated on technical and product developments.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act and Insurance Contracts Act.
