  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of project management experience with emphasis in complex, technical project oversight supporting portfolio and/or program management.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute technically complex strategic projects that deliver operational efficiencies; fraud-loss prevention; improved customer experience; and measurable annual benefit to the business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to support design/execution of system enhancements that involve the detection and prevention of fraud; and improve the customer experience.
  • Go-to point of contact for all assigned projects; extensive knowledge of project scope, deliverables and impact to the business; and status of same.
  • Interface between the business, GTS, and other Business Transformation offices.
  • Identifying project resource needs including subject matter experts and/or testing leads.
  • Compile schedule, status, and metric updates at project level; report appropriately to all levels of governance including executive.
  • Create and maintain JIRA user stories; support Product and Sprint Backlog management.
  • Familiarize yourself with business cases, metric analysis and documenting the realization of projects and effects of systems enhancements and process changes.
  • Communicating project results by developing presentations and communications of trends and gaps in the context of project impact.
  • Be flexible and work within IT deadlines to deliver initiatives and track results.
  • Leading evaluation of go/no-go criteria for technical release and business cutover.
  • Maintain strong business acumen, presentation and communication skills; creating and conveying meaningful information that provides insight to executive decision-making.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Business, Finance, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Experience in event planning, organizing, managing and execution of large projects.
  • Two or more years of experience working with PPM tools; Jira or Clarity.
  • Knowledge of agile project management concepts.
  • Understanding of telecom business practices, including accounting, finance, credit, revenue assurance, taxation, billing, customer care, legal, device management and network operations.
  • Portfolio and/or Program Management in Finance or Telecommunications.
  • Smartsheets; Google Suite; Query Skills (SQL); Tableau; Qlik, et al.
  • Formal training and/or certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Methodologies, PMP Certification, PMI-ACP, etc.).
  • Experience implementing cutting edge Digital technologies and scaling towards enterprise standards, such as: Natural Language Generation (NLG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Visual / Mobile ERP, Predictive Analysis, Block chain, and Crowd source queries.
