Requirements
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • No working experience required
  • Able to work 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to support strategic initiatives and gain insight into high-level decision-making processes.
  • Assist the business unit marketing teams in developing and executing localized marketing deliverables and/or events.
  • Support the digital marketing team with content creation, social media management, and performance analytics.
  • Work with the brand & creative team on developing marketing materials, graphic design deliverables, and brand management.
  • Partner with the communications team to craft messaging, press releases, and internal newsletter content.
  • Gain exposure to marketing technology & operations, including data management, automation tools, and analytics.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute innovative ideas to ongoing projects.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter employing high attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, handle shifting priorities and carry tasks to completion
  • Creative spirit with a desire to learn
  • Quick learner and producer, able to work under deadlines
  • Proactive problem-solver with an analytical, solutions-driven mindset
