Requirements
  • A Master’s degree with 8-15 years of related experience in a commercial role.
  • Experience in Customer Services or Healthcare is preferred.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization.
  • Experience managing commercial targets, pricing, and strategies.
  • Experience in customer insight, business analytics, or market intelligence in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or coaching others, such as through team leadership, people management, or mentoring, typically for approximately two years within the overall experience.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the global customer service and installed-base replacement business.
  • Lead operational execution of the service and sales funnel, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and health across all funnel stages using standardized customer relationship management dashboards.
  • Conduct recurring funnel health checks by segment and stage to identify stagnation, aging risks, and weak opportunities, and trigger targeted actions to improve flow and conversion.
  • Lead customer relationship management opportunity management by ensuring full pipeline visibility and quality for services across multiple accounts or territories; enforcing rigorous stage and forecast-category progression; driving customer relationship management data hygiene and zero-overdue discipline; embedding quality guidelines and key performance indicators into daily customer relationship management usage; and validating that customer relationship management reflects commercial reality.
  • Use customer relationship management data to provide accurate forecasts to senior management and support business decisions.
  • Analyze funnel key performance indicators, including coverage ratios, conversion rates, velocity, and aging, to identify gaps against annual operating plan targets and initiate corrective actions.
  • Consolidate monthly funnel-based service order-intake forecasts, including commit and upside, and escalate at-risk or stalled deals to leadership.
  • Use win/loss insights to improve funnel effectiveness and sales behavior.
  • Run a disciplined service funnel cadence with opportunity owners to review priorities, funnel status, gaps, and blockers, and coach opportunity owners on next-best actions.
  • Assign actions, owners, and due dates to drive opportunity progression and track completion.
  • Collaborate with service, commercial, and operations teams to resolve blockers and strengthen end-to-end service delivery processes.
  • Build partnerships with key internal stakeholders to drive operational improvements and apply data-driven insights to enhance customer value.
  • Identify operational risks in service opportunity execution and implement mitigating actions to maintain compliance and service quality standards.
  • Coach opportunity owners and junior team members in funnel discipline, customer relationship management best practices, and data-driven decision-making to improve overall team performance.
