  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Substantive experience as a hands-on engineer designing and building complex systems
  • Experience managing at least one project involving mechanical engineering aspects or software integration aspects
  • Understanding and experience with agile methodologies
  • First-principles approach to decision-making

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of high-precision fully autonomous system projects
  • Map business objectives to technology development efforts
  • Drive planning and development with the Atomic Machines Product Development Process
  • Conduct rigorous xFMEAs at design and production level
  • Own the development and deployment of manufacturing processes
  • Make contributions to the Product Development Process
  • Use agile development processes to ensure frequent product feedback
