Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years in a video editing or production roll
  • A portfolio or reel that showcases your strong video editing and motion graphic skills
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere and After Effects experience required, with Audition, Photoshop experience a plus
  • Confidence to take on projects and manage deadlines to execute successful video projects
  • Comfortable working in a marketing team in a hands-on role
  • Clear and precise verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail during the development, pre/postproduction, and distribution stages
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft products

Responsibilities
  • Edit and create short-form video content utilizing stock materials, hired content, and in-house graphics. Conceptualize and pitch videos to the marketing team. Collaborate with the copywriter and the marketing team to optimize creatives. Edit engaging short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Working closely with the Creative Manager and Senior Marketing Director to:
  • Propose new video strategies in different mediums
  • Provide input on video processes and scheduling
  • Analyze marketing trends and implement them in all the videos
  • Apply brand guidelines to all videos and introduce new ideas as necessary
  • Organize previous video projects based on the Creative Managers archiving and naming convention
  • Compile an accessible archive of finalized videos for various events and promotions
  • Approve videos that are not created within the Marketing Department. These include: instructional, webinars, product updates, and culture
  • Create a video asset library consisting of current and new materials to be consistently used in future video projects
  • Collaborate with marketing team with off-site production shoots on style and tone
  • Assist with the publishing process to ensure all videos are the highest quality across multiple platforms
