What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate hardware, build, and integrate various assemblies using basic hand, power, and machine tools.
• Follow manufacturing instructions in our MRP system to complete builds with minimal oversight. Think critically to evaluate and recommend improvements for designs and build processes.
• Support early builds and RnD / development builds where formal instructions are not always available.
• Support Supply Chain and Inventory Management as required including but not limited to: kitting of work orders, performing inventory cycle counts, part movement around shop floor, shop layout, etc.
• Support the Test and Integration team with cooking operations as required.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fabrication and/or manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in aluminum welding
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in machining, (mill and lathe work)
• Very familiar with basic hand and power tool fabrication.
• Very familiar with mechanism and structural assembly. Comfortable with tight tolerance, precise mechanisms.
• Familiar with sheet metal fabrication and assembly.
• Familiar with gas, liquid, and HVAC plumbing.
• Organized, motivated and results-oriented worker who can think creatively and be resourceful while solving problems.

Physical Job Requirements

• Long periods standing, walking, bending and kneeling.
• Ability to carry large heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to navigate all areas of the facilities.
• Must be able to navigate all parts of the company equipment
