How it works: it collaborates with clients to deploy Salesforce, provides ongoing coaching for Salesforce users and admins, and maps and optimizes business processes to align with Salesforce capabilities. How it’s different from competitors: instead of focusing only on software setup, OpenTent combines implementation, user coaching, and organizational design to build durable Salesforce adoption and value across the business.
