UX Designer

• Propose solutions by utilizing existing patterns and best practices in interaction or visual design.
• Partners with other Design Leads, User Experience Writers and Researchers, Developers, and Product Managers to arrive at the best product ideas.
• Gauge the usability, trustworthiness of new and existing features.
• Create artifacts, prototypes or specifications that enable developers to implement new features.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in visual or interaction design with any two of the following platforms: Android, iOS, or Web.
• Experience in creating portfolios that highlight visual design.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of user experience design and how motion design influences user interface and interaction design and vice versa.
  
• Familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (e.g., Android and iOS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
