Responsibilities
  • Providing superior customer service and ensuring outstanding quality
  • Troubleshooting and resolving WellSky Specialty Care EMR application issues (Charting & Nursing)
  • Collaborating with and supporting other team members
  • Debugging front end (Java Script) and or backend software (IBM RPG)
  • Partner with development and solution management groups for unresolved issues when needed, and maintaining ownership of cases through their resolution
  • Completing thorough documentation of issues
  • Ensuring individual KPI response and resolution times are met
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience engaging with customers
  • Experience debugging front end and or backend software
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Excel or SQL
  • Experience with Java, C++, or RPG
  • Experience in healthcare support
