Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • 6+ years of experience
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for SEC reporting requirements, including accelerated reporting timeline and working with the internal audit leaders on SOX certification
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with United States GAAP
  • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders by researching and applying US GAAP to unique, significant, and/or non-routine transactions
  • Ensure appropriate documentation of accounting and reporting conclusions for complex business transactions
  • Lead the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries or equity investments, including financial reporting integration to our consolidated results and integration of ERP
  • In partnership with the Corporate Accounting team, lead projects to streamline processes in order to meet SEC reporting requirements
  • Optimize the use of tools and accounting-related systems to leverage automation and create efficiencies in the financial reporting process
  • Work collaboratively across the accounting leadership team on continuous improvement of accounting controls and processes
  • Ad hoc projects, as required
