Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Test Coordinator
  • Strong communication skills (confident, clear, concise on a phone call)
  • Have worked 4-6 projects at one time (can juggle a lot)
  • Can work in a very fast paced environment (and shows that in their resume)
  • Has a lot of experience creating MS Word testing artifacts (Test Strategy, Project Level or Program Level Test Plan)
  • Has a strong understanding of Excel to assist with forecasting (formulas, detail oriented)
  • Very detail oriented
  • Has worked with SharePoint
  • Has worked in an environment forced to follow a Methodology and Process, typically a larger company with more mature processes
  • Has worked from templates and knows how to follow them
  • Ramps up very quickly. Only need to tell them something once and they are off and running
  • Has worked with larger audiences (could work up to 30-40 people on the same phone call/virtual meeting)
  • Has conducted Project Level Test Status calls or one off topic calls
  • Has created and submitted Test Status Reports to represent testing progress for an entire project or program (all systems, all test phases, all test areas)
