Responsibilities
  • Lead HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, improvements and integrations with other business systems.
  • Support product development and best practices to optimize efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects, providing HRIS expertise and support as needed.
  • Support change management activities by helping to communicate system changes and updates to users.
  • Support and Maintain Workday modules, including Leave & Absence, Time Tracking, Scheduling, Adaptive Planning, and Payroll.
  • Maintain Workday business processes and security configurations.
  • Create and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, and custom reports to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights through Workday reporting tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of Workday systems.
  • Perform regular system audits, data validations, and ensure data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflows through system enhancements and automation.
  • Seek out opportunities to implement process improvements and optimize system functionality.
  • Provide input and recommendations for system configuration tailored to meet business needs.
  • Oversee Workday releases, verify system updates, evaluate changes and their impact on current company configurations, test business processes, and ensure seamless business continuity.
  • Provide technical support for other P&C systems.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, ensuring the end users are knowledgeable and comfortable using the system.
  • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and standard operating procedures for HRIS functions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and provide ongoing support and guidance to users.
  • Ensure that HRIS and data management practices comply with company policies, legal requirements, and data privacy regulations.
  • Monitor system access and security settings to protect sensitive people data.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.
