  • 5-7 years of total professional experience in systems administration or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • 2+ years of experience with Pardot or a similar Marketing automation tool
  • Experience with other tools in the tech stack such as Salesloft, Clari, Demandbase, Zoominfo, 100 Handshakes, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Chili Piper or similar tools
Responsibilities
  • Design, optimize, and manage Salesforce environment & supporting tech Stack
  • Own complex system configurations, data management, and security settings
  • Responsible for building, maintaining and executing on a roadmap for the evolution of CRM and tech stack
  • Participate in the evaluation, scope, and implementation of new systems and integrations
  • Implement automation for complex business processes
  • Create custom reports and dashboards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
  • Develop and implement best practices for using Salesforce
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features
  • Develop and maintain documentation
