Requirements
  • Experience in People Operations, with a solid understanding of UK employment practices; global or multijurisdictional experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with People Technologies like Greenhouse, Bamboo HR, Workday, or similar HRIS tools.
  • MS Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage complex tasks and ensure data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), able to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A solution-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and driving efficiency in all tasks.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
  • Champion the People Tech Stack by conducting training and refresher sessions to empower teams in global markets.
  • Support People Operations teams by troubleshooting system issues and managing queries via a support ticketing system.
  • Perform quarterly access recertifications for compliance and maintain data integrity across People systems.
  • Provide HR for HR services to Regional People Directors, including issuing employment documentation and maintaining HR data.
  • Administer and optimize Greenhouse ATS, ensuring smooth, efficient global operations and system integrations.
  • Manage system updates and improvements, working with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Talent Acquisition).
  • Ensure data integrity across recruitment systems, providing accurate and insightful analytics and reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process automation to streamline the talent acquisition lifecycle and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure global compliance with recruitment regulations (e.g., GDPR, EEOC), optimizing ATS workflows for a seamless candidate experience.
