About the Position

Dexis is recruiting for an experienced PRISM Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Engineer. This position is within the Information Technology Department of the Development Finance Corporation (DFC). The work involves providing expertise in Oracle EBS and PRISM integration and architecture assessments, supporting the goals of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). The purpose of this position is to assess and improve the integration between Oracle EBS and PRISM, supporting DFC’s mission and IT transformation goals.

The PRISM Integration SME/Engineer will lead the assessment of complex Oracle EBS and PRISM integration projects, ensuring alignment with federal acquisition principles and providing recommendations for improvements. The PRISM Integration SME/Engineer will also analyze integration configurations, identify potential issues, recommend solutions, and ensure the system aligns with federal acquisition principles.

The availability of the position is contingent upon award to Dexis Consulting Group. The candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

Conducting an independent post integration/architecture assessment of PRISM integration with Oracle and Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), identifying configuration/interface issues and ensuring data integrity.
Analyzing web services using Oracle R12.2 APIs/open interfaces/SOA Gateway for integrating Oracle R12.2 and PRISM.
Understand PL/SQL, function, procedure, and packages used in the integration, developing a mitigation plan for identified issues.
Providing expertise in federal contract writing and the flow of transactions between PRISM and Oracle.
Developing recommendations for improving integration between PRISM and Oracle Financials system (EBS) to enhance user-friendliness.
Identifying and provide recommendations on recurring issues within the integration.
Responding to all requests in a timely manner, including replies to email correspondence and phone calls within two business days, conducting daily duties with courtesy and professionalism.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree.
Master’s degree or advanced degree in international development, business, economics, public relations, or appropriate subject area strongly preferred.
Post-assessment experience on Oracle EBS and PRISM integration and architecture required.
DFC, OPIC and USAID experience strongly preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English (bilingual preferred; at a minimum, the ability to communicate proficiently in a second language).
