Requirements
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree.
  • Master’s degree or advanced degree in international development, business, economics, public relations, or appropriate subject area strongly preferred.
  • Post-assessment experience on Oracle EBS and PRISM integration and architecture required.
  • DFC, OPIC and USAID experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (bilingual preferred; at a minimum, the ability to communicate proficiently in a second language).
Responsibilities
  • Conducting an independent post integration/architecture assessment of PRISM integration with Oracle and Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), identifying configuration/interface issues and ensuring data integrity.
  • Analyzing web services using Oracle R12.2 APIs/open interfaces/SOA Gateway for integrating Oracle R12.2 and PRISM.
  • Understand PL/SQL, function, procedure, and packages used in the integration, developing a mitigation plan for identified issues.
  • Providing expertise in federal contract writing and the flow of transactions between PRISM and Oracle.
  • Developing recommendations for improving integration between PRISM and Oracle Financials system (EBS) to enhance user-friendliness.
  • Identifying and provide recommendations on recurring issues within the integration.
  • Responding to all requests in a timely manner, including replies to email correspondence and phone calls within two business days, conducting daily duties with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
