Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree, or a PhD without experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Healthcare, Business, Management, MedTech, Medicine, Data Science, or related fields preferred
  • Executive-level presentation skills and business acumen
  • Strong communication skills in conveying complex topics in easy-to-understand language
  • Partnership and collaboration skills with internal teammates
  • Organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • High emotional intelligence, customer empathy, and active listening skills
  • Track record of solving complex problems
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, JIRA, or similar systems
  • Experience in healthcare, handling PHI, understanding HIPAA guidelines, life sciences, or biotech preferred
Responsibilities
  • Resolve account level issues promptly and effectively
  • Provide comprehensive support to accounts for customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer data requests
  • Provide onboarding and support for new key accounts
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks associated with key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries
  • Conduct targeted account education sessions
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for account management
