- Design and deploy a K2 Server farm and integrate it with Office 365 and SharePoint on-premises environments.
- Deliver technical product support for K2's suite of software products.
- Provide technical support for K2 design, development, infrastructure, and maintenance-related queries and issues.
- Guide and mentor development teams and power users in delivering K2-centric applications.
- Review and sign off on K2 design documents for K2 forms and workflows.
- Handle K2 farm outages and downtime.
- Escalate and coordinate issues with K2 Support.
