Who we’re seeking
Qvest US is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Practice Lead to spearhead our ServiceNow consulting practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive strategic growth in a consulting environment. As the Practice Lead, you will oversee the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, lead a team of consultants, engage with clients at a senior level, and shape the future direction of the ServiceNow practice within our firm.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute the strategy for our ServiceNow practice, ensuring continuous innovation and client success.
- Be the trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders, managing relationships, and delivering top-tier ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop relationships with account and practice personnel to identify opportunities to solve client pain points and growth objectives.
- Identify emerging trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes across ServiceNow implementations.
- Manage risks, issues and bugs, providing transparency of issue status and creating a process of timely resolution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities and expand our ServiceNow footprint with clients.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on strategy, project status, and performance metrics
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on ServiceNow, including 3+ years in a leadership or practice management role.
- Experience managing to a business development target and leading business development efforts.
- Proven track record of successfully leading ServiceNow implementations in a consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders across all levels and functions in the organization
Preferred Experience
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- ITIL or other IT Service Management certifications are highly desirable.
