  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support marketing and renewal of all health and non-health employee benefit plans and programs.
  • Research, analyze, and evaluate medical, dental, life, and disability benefits plans for employers across various industries, developing client strategies and vendor relationships.
  • Understand health and benefits products, services, and tools, including vendor/carrier markets, to recommend solutions to clients.
  • Comprehend advanced underwriting and financial skills, participating in training and learning from experienced colleagues.
  • Manage ad-hoc client requests, providing problem-solving support on administrative and operational issues.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in data analysis, including reviewing claims and utilization data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.
