Turntide develops energy-efficient solutions for the transportation and agriculture sectors. In transportation, they partner with companies like Hitachi to retrofit trains with hybrid rail technology, utilizing their expertise in battery systems to electrify existing trains. In agriculture, their product, the Intelligent Barn, integrates hardware and software to enhance the welfare of dairy animals and improve farm operations while promoting sustainability. Unlike many competitors, Turntide focuses on creating partnerships to retrofit existing systems rather than building new ones from scratch. Their goal is to foster a sustainable ecosystem that helps various industries reduce energy consumption and minimize environmental impact.
