Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for execution of the statement of work between the contractor’s project team and the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
Schedule and facilitate weekly meetings with the Contracting Officer’s Representative to review project progress, completed and upcoming tasks, and issues.
Manage, coordinate, schedule, and communicate task-order activities and deliverables, and develop a Project Management Plan including milestones, risks, and reporting cadence.
Develop and assist with pilot testing to validate workflows, tooling configuration, and standard operating procedure accuracy; monitor performance, identify issues, and refine processes before full rollout.
Participate in technical reviews and demonstrations as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
Conduct detailed quality control on the eDiscovery lifecycle and document quality-control assessments.
Adhere to the Farm Credit Administration’s policies, processes, and procedures, including change management, vulnerability management, records management, privacy, and security.
Desired Qualifications
At least 10 years of recent experience, including at least 5 years as an eDiscovery Project Manager and at least 5 years as a technical eDiscovery Specialist; education may not substitute for experience.
Experience and working knowledge of Electronic Discovery Reference Model standards.
Proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
Experience in data governance, retention, and data systems.
Experience with Microsoft Purview and related Microsoft 365 compliance tools.
Experience with legal hold, preservation, and data-collection best practices.
Experience in information security, access control, and auditing practices.
Familiarity with federal government procurement processes and requirements.
MacMore is looking to fill a part-time position for an Experienced Lead eDiscovery Consultant/ Project Manager for a pending contract award at the Farm Credit Administration.
Location: Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with primary concentration at the FCA headquarters office in McLean, Virginia
Lead eDiscovery Consultant/Project Manager The Lead eDiscovery Consultant/Project Manager shall be the primary point of contact for matters related to the execution of this SOW between the Contractor’s project team and the COR. Responsibilities:
Schedule and facilitate weekly meetings with the COR to review the project’s progress including but not limited to completed tasks, upcoming tasks and any issues.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an eDiscovery Technical eDiscovery Specialist
Expert experience leading, administering, configuring, tuning, troubleshooting, and improving eDiscovery program area responsibilities.
Experience and working knowledge of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) standards
