  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software project and process management, with 7+ years in technical leadership
  • Skilled in managing projects and processes throughout their lifecycle
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools (MS Project, Smart Sheets, Jira, Confluence), and techniques
  • Experience managing multiple large, complex software customer delivery projects and/or large multi-team programs
  • Able to work independently to manage process and project deliverables across teams
  • Proven ability to initiate positive change by implementing business and project practice and process improvements
