  • You have 5-7+ years of partner facing experience in talent/creator relations, account management, and/or business development at a platform, talent agency, publicity firm, talent management company, studio or network
  • You have experience leading a team
  • You have strong, pre-existing relationships with podcasters and creators

  • You have exceptional communications skills and the ability to respond to emails in a timely manner

  • The United States base range for this position is $127,618-$159.523, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future
  • Manage a team of Creator Managers looking after relationships in the News and True Crime
  • Manage day to day relationships with a large portfolio of Spotify creators
  • Help creators leverage the various tools, products and services that Spotify has to offer
  • Leverage data and insights to educate creators on content best practices and how to optimize performance
  • Collaborate cross functionally with wider Spotify organizations to highlight creators and support their initiatives
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high potential creators to Spotify
  • Track, analyze and manage key quantitative metrics and business trends across a large portfolio of partners
  • Solicit, organize and contextualize product feedback from creators and support with data
  • Streamline partner communications for emails, webinars, office hours, etc. to ensure creators stay engaged on the platform
