Requirements
  • IT training or studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in IT operations or IT application development.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes or similar process models.

  • Deep architectural understanding of identity providers, including authentication, multi-factor authentication, and authorization, such as WSO2, Keycloak, Microsoft Entra ID, or Okta.
  • Experience with network architectures, firewall systems, web proxies, servers, and virtualized servers.
  • Experience in requirements management with specialist departments.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty.
  • Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Initiative, responsibility, and collaborative working ability.
  • Top-level German and good written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
  • Provide second-level support for medical portals and cloud systems, investigate incidents, resolve them where possible, and involve manufacturer third-level support for complex issues.
  • Deploy application releases and security patches in coordination with specialist departments, including testing, approval, and go-live.
  • Set up effective monitoring to identify and address incidents proactively.
  • Perform simple administration tasks.
  • Connect portals and manage their users through the central identity provider or other directory services.
  • Maintain users, permissions, and roles.
  • Work with the identity-management expert and solution architect to connect portals securely and effectively to the platforms.
  • Implement smaller enhancements to portals and platforms.
  • Train clinic users together with key users from specialist departments.
  • Act as service manager for cloud systems and managed services, clarify responsibilities and service-level agreements, and mediate between specialist departments and providers.
