- Deploy application releases and security patches in coordination with specialist departments, including testing, approval, and go-live.
- Set up effective monitoring to identify and address incidents proactively.
- Perform simple administration tasks.
- Connect portals and manage their users through the central identity provider or other directory services.
- Maintain users, permissions, and roles.
- Work with the identity-management expert and solution architect to connect portals securely and effectively to the platforms.
- Implement smaller enhancements to portals and platforms.
- Train clinic users together with key users from specialist departments.
- Act as service manager for cloud systems and managed services, clarify responsibilities and service-level agreements, and mediate between specialist departments and providers.
