  • Assists with conducting competitive market analysis to help formulate go to market plans
  • Monitors campaign performance to identify performance risks and optimization opportunities, resolve live campaign issues, implement improvements, and ensure results are maximized
  • Assists internal stakeholders with reviewing and analyzing product / solution performance and client feedback to help guide the development, enhancement, and implementation of new products / solutions and develop new revenue growth opportunities
  • Assists the sales team in developing go to market communications and materials for products and services
  • Develops a comprehensive understanding of products and solutions and their past performance history
  • Onboarding operations expert that facilitates new account launches, existing account maintenance, and all product enhancements
  • Ongoing educator for client and best practices for Elective specialties
  • Be a Customer Consultant. Analyze the customer's use of the product and identify trends and success metrics by running reports with our data tools. Share opportunities with clients for greater efficiency, optimization and ROI
  • Prioritize and surface issues that may lead to client attrition risk
  • Be a Project Manager (even without the certification) to coordinate and influence internal and external teams to resolve escalated client issues
