Requirements
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, or similar degree
  • 10+ years of industry experience in autonomy and/or UAS platforms
  • 7+ years of delivering software into production environments with high reliability and uptime
  • Understanding of robotics autonomy stack, machine learning concepts, and software development processes
  • Experience in autonomous behavior development and sensor integration
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
  • Leading a team responsible for autonomy architectures
  • Assigning technical objectives and making key decisions
  • Approving the quality and completeness of technical output
  • Supporting both IRAD and Department of Defense contracts
  • Customer-facing engineering leader supporting development programs
  • Contributing to government contract proposal writing
