Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in customer service or a related field are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software is required.
  • The candidate must have strong organization and multitasking abilities and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules are required.
  • Successful completion of employment verifications, a background check, a drug screen, and a driving record check if applicable is required before hire.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule and create accurate and complete service tickets for residential and commercial customers.
  • Promote products and services and quote accurate pricing when appropriate.
  • Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups as needed.
  • Coordinate with Dispatch teams to prioritize and fulfill customer requests.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the enterprise resource planning system.
  • Meet personal and team critical key performance indicators.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Work overtime or additional hours as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
