Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for Engineering to join our site team in Cameron, LA.  The Senior Project Manager for Engineering reports to the site Engineering Manager and will track the construction schedule to transition the facility to mechanical completion.  

Post transition, the role will provide support to lead different project phases as project opportunities are identified.

  Responsibilities:

• Support the development and tracking of the Engineering RFO Plan.
• Maintain awareness of Engineering scope of work and contractual relationships.
• Manages all phases of assigned projects/project development and leads the coordination of work through various stage-gate phases.
• Manage and control cost within constraints of project budget.
• Support the development and tracking of departmental KPI’s.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Professional accreditation such as a PMP or similar.
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience in Project Engineering/Management with at least 4 years in the LNG industry.
• Expert Knowledge of project management systems and principles with extensive knowledge of working with Engineering and Management teams to set up tools for operational readiness, performance monitoring and reporting requirements.
