DevOps Track Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities Cloud Strategy & Engineering Leadership Build and lead a global cloud engineering team, including managing outsourced migration teams. Define and execute cloud migration strategies for infrastructure hosted across multiple countries. Establish and enhance cloud capabilities, including monitoring, risk infrastructure, and operational standards across global availability zones. Align engineering execution with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and compliance frameworks. Infrastructure Design & Automation Architect and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure and AWS. Develop reusable cloud design patterns and reference architectures. Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure delivery using Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and scripting languages (Python, Bash). Cloud Operations & Optimization Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services and automation tools. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place for cloud-hosted applications. Security & Governance Collaborate with IT Security to build robust cloud privacy and security infrastructure. Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards. Define and implement governance policies and controls in partnership with architecture, audit, and risk teams. Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery Management Work closely with regional IT heads, application teams, and program managers to align engineering solutions with business needs. Manage delivery of engineering activities across strategic projects and BAU initiatives. Provide technical leadership and guidance across infrastructure, application, and platform domains.
