- 3-5 years of experience in Software testing, or hardware and embedded systems.
- Proven experience testing software quality and familiarity with hardware-software interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines, including software, hardware, and firmware teams.
- Strong knowledge of testing software quality and experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, ++ or Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Design, develop and review detailed test cases for Software Quality, ensuring comprehensive coverage of system requirements.
- Work with product managers, software developers, and hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration testing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues related to embedded systems and work with global teams (China and USA) for timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed test plans, test scripts, and test results to ensure traceability and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze test data, provide metrics, and suggest continuous improvements to enhance the software quality.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile practices to ensure testing aligns with the overall project timeline.
- Provide mentorship to junior test engineers, guiding them through testing methodologies and test case development.
