  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field
  • 7+ years in IT with emphasis on designing and developing solutions involving SAAS cloud technologies (Office365, Google, Slack, ServiceNow)
  • 5+ years of in-depth experience with identity management solutions (Okta or AzureAD or similar ones)
  • 5+ years of integration experience with SAAS cloud technologies using APIs
  • 5+ years of design and software development experience with programming languages - Python, or PowerShell, or similar
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Workato
  • Proven experience with Agile Development
  • Experience in development, maintenance, and supporting apps in production and sandbox environments
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player but also able to work independently without supervision
  • Outstanding customer service skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills with both highly technical and non-technical people
  • Ability to write and communicate detailed documentation (project specifications, requirements, logical and physical diagrams) for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to multi-task and scale quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal support and guidance
  • Architect, Design and develop IT solutions and integrations across diverse set of applications
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and cybersecurity to ensure proposed solutions are secure, highly available and meet SLAs
  • Lead discussions with business on requirements
  • Conduct technical research and development to enable continuing innovation based on business requirements
  • Configure, support and maintain Okta IAM and related integrations with other SAAS cloud services
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
  • Develop, document and maintain standard operating procedures and processes
  • Perform daily systems monitoring of critical services
  • Provide after hours coverage as required by being on call and available to respond
  • Mentor other team members on tools, processes and procedures
