Responsibilities
  • Lead overall product management strategy for digital transformation, including development, implementation, and communication of product roadmaps
  • Work closely with the Transformation Solutions Architect to establish the technology strategy and develop a comprehensive roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, outlining key milestones, timelines, resource requirements, and potential risks. Ensure alignment with the overall engineering strategy and business objectives
  • Interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including operations, client success, engineering, development, design, and end users to understand transformation opportunities and operational needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of current operational and business processes, to capture the diverse and complex set of business problems to solve for
  • Identify opportunities to leverage digital tools, platforms, and solutions to optimize processes and enhance business operations. Work with infrastructure, architecture, and product development teams to create and deploy scalable, robust products
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital initiatives. Nurture a high-performing team environment by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the product management discipline
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, executives, and stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Proactively identify digital transformation opportunities and present recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer experience
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of digital technologies and processes. Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the transformation journey, ensuring effective training, communication, and organizational readiness. Develop and manage digital asset standards
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Implement project management methodologies and tools to drive efficiency and accountability
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives. Regularly report progress, outcomes, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders
