- A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent; the absence of a degree may be compensated by six additional years of experience.
- At least five years of experience as a web developer, including at least three years with Angular.
- Confirmed experience in front-end development with Angular.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive-design principles.
- Experience designing high-quality, accessible user interfaces.
- Proficiency in front-end unit testing.
- Knowledge of Git.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with back-end teams.
- Rigor in following established development standards and best practices.
- Strong communication skills in French.
- Participate in the analysis and design of high-quality responsive interfaces.
- Develop selected features using the Angular framework.
- Program and perform unit tests.
- Collaborate with back-end programmer analyst teams.
- Follow established development standards and best practices.
- Produce directives and standards for constructing software components.
- Deliver project materials, including test plans, test reports, programs, screens, reports, interfaces, and code pages.
- Prepare support documents, including a maintenance manual, user manual, and disaster-recovery plan.
- Experience in the public sector.
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience with REST APIs and decoupled architectures.
- Familiarity with version-control and continuous-integration tools.
- Experience working in Agile mode.
- Experience on government mandates lasting at least six months.
