As our first Global Sales Recruiter at Verkada, you will partner with the our VP of Global Enterprise Sales & Regional VPs to recruit and close talented sales leaders across Enterprise sales to join our world-class organization.
This role can be on-site, remote or hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process by keeping a strong pipeline and building close relationships with the most sought out enterprise sales talent on the market in US + LATAM.
- Develop relationships with the Sales team to collaborate during the hiring process.
- Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Sales Organization.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, keeping a strong pipeline and manage the interview schedule.
- Value creativity, innovation, collaboration and process amongst your team and the organization.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving creative initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels.
- Track and document candidate communications in ATS.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of successful full cycle sales recruiting experience is a must - Large/major Enterprise Sales - ICs + Leadership focused.
- Strong ability to influence using collaboration.
- Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast paced, start up environment.
- Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
- Commitment to excellence and top performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Employee Pay Disclosure
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. For this role, Verkada estimates a starting annual base salary will fall in the range of approximately $50,000 – 150,000. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. Annual base salary is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
