Requirements
- Flexibility to work 7pm - 5am (4 days on, 3 days off)
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Ability to understand tasks and responsibilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment required
- Computer skills with user level knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAP and SQL experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in order to successfully accomplish job duties
Responsibilities
- Review Schedule and ensure that all orders in SAP and MES systems are reflecting orders per the schedule
- Will be responsible for executing transactions in SAP and MES for day to day operations
- Perform random line audits to identify any missed sequence
- Proficient use of excel + ERP tools to update and tie in upstream and downstream actions appropriately
- Prepare Start of shift inventory counts and end of shift reports for proper hand off
- Take initiative in understanding the ERP systems and data structures to help make informed decisions
- Demonstrate vigilance on production related issues and escalate to the appropriate stake holders to drive corrective actions
- Communicate effectively with cross functional team and build up rapport to identify the problem statement and drive executable solutions
- Set priorities of issues based on impact to business
- Maintain a safe work environment ensuring safe practices and 5S procedures are followed
- Regular auditing of production line, plant warehouse, and offsite warehouse
- Supports Team Members and Team Leaders
- Support resolving problems through a team-oriented approach
