Summary:

In-House Scheduling Tech, develop professional expertise, apply company policies and procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly. This role requires high attention to detail and meticulous execution, working with multiple systems along with line presence for any escalation and prompt risk mitigation.  

Responsibilities:

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Review Schedule and ensure that all orders in SAP and MES systems are reflecting orders per the schedule.
• Will be responsible for executing transactions in SAP and MES for day to day operations.
• Perform random line audits to identify any missed sequence.
• Proficient use of excel + ERP tools to update and tie in upstream and downstream actions appropriately.
• Prepare Start of shift inventory counts and end of shift reports for proper hand off.
• Take initiative in understanding the ERP systems and data structures to help make informed decisions.
• Demonstrate vigilance on production related issues and escalate to the appropriate stake holders to drive corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with cross functional team and build up rapport to identify the problem statement and drive executable solutions.
• Set priorities of issues based on impact to business. 
• Maintain a safe work environment ensuring safe practices and 5S procedures are followed 
• Regular auditing of production line, plant warehouse, and offsite warehouse 
• Supports Team Members and Team Leaders. 
• Support resolving problems through a team-oriented approach. 

Qualifications:

• Flexibility to work 7pm - 5am (4 days on, 3 days off)
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Ability to understand tasks and responsibilities 
• Strong Communication skills
• Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment required
• Computer skills with user level knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
• SAP and SQL experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in order to successfully accomplish job duties.
