  • Flexibility to work 7pm - 5am (4 days on, 3 days off)
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Ability to understand tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment required
  • Computer skills with user level knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SAP and SQL experience is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in order to successfully accomplish job duties
  • Review Schedule and ensure that all orders in SAP and MES systems are reflecting orders per the schedule
  • Will be responsible for executing transactions in SAP and MES for day to day operations
  • Perform random line audits to identify any missed sequence
  • Proficient use of excel + ERP tools to update and tie in upstream and downstream actions appropriately
  • Prepare Start of shift inventory counts and end of shift reports for proper hand off
  • Take initiative in understanding the ERP systems and data structures to help make informed decisions
  • Demonstrate vigilance on production related issues and escalate to the appropriate stake holders to drive corrective actions
  • Communicate effectively with cross functional team and build up rapport to identify the problem statement and drive executable solutions
  • Set priorities of issues based on impact to business
  • Maintain a safe work environment ensuring safe practices and 5S procedures are followed
  • Regular auditing of production line, plant warehouse, and offsite warehouse
  • Supports Team Members and Team Leaders
  • Support resolving problems through a team-oriented approach
