  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success working with a technical enterprise product/solution
  • Passion and interest in the AI industry (LLMs in particular)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Understanding or background in LLMs, AI, or Machine Learning
  • Resourcefulness and willingness to explore multiple solutions
  • Solutions engineering skillset (knowledge of APIs/Python/model serving is a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Be an expert in Cohere's product suite
  • Act as the voice of the customer and communicate insights to internal teams
  • Unblock paths to deployment and speed up time to value
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' needs and guide them strategically
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process and manage contract negotiations
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers
